Terms for using CatalogFix to process product catalogs, generate ecommerce content and prepare import-ready files.
CatalogFix is an online service for preparing product catalogs. Users can upload a CSV or XLSX file, map columns, choose a processing package and receive cleaned product names, descriptions, SEO fields, categories, attributes and export files.
The service may use automated algorithms and AI models to improve catalog data. The result is intended to be reviewed by the user before import into an online store.
To access order history, monthly limits, payment status and saved results, a user may create an account with email and password or sign in with a Google account.
The user is responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all actions performed through the account.
The user confirms that they have the right to upload and process the data contained in their files. This may include product names, SKUs, descriptions, prices, attributes, categories, image links and other catalog information.
The user keeps ownership of the source data. CatalogFix receives only the technical right to process that data for providing the service, creating results, exports and order history.
AI may help create or improve product names, descriptions, SEO texts, categories, attributes, alt text and other catalog fields. AI output may contain inaccuracies and must be reviewed before use.
The user is responsible for final use of the output, including accuracy of product information, prices, attributes, legal statements, warranty details and brand-related information.
If a package includes image generation, CatalogFix may generate product images only for product titles that the system recognizes clearly enough. Generic or uncertain products may be skipped.
Generated images must be reviewed before publication. The user is responsible for ensuring that images do not mislead customers and match the actual product.
Packages may differ by product limits, AI access, image generation, one-time payment or monthly limits. The current package conditions are shown on the website before file upload.
If the selected package requires payment, processing may be activated after payment confirmation. Until automatic online payment is connected, confirmation may be handled manually or through another agreed method.
The user must not use CatalogFix for illegal, fraudulent, harmful activities or activities that infringe the rights of third parties.
CatalogFix is provided as available. We aim to keep the service stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or full suitability of results for every use case.
To the extent permitted by law, CatalogFix is not liable for lost profit, import errors, inaccurate product data, customer decisions or consequences of using results without review.
We may update these terms when service functionality, pricing, payment methods or legal requirements change. The current version is published on this page.
